Long before we became Coral Snake, we were simply hanging out with some pizza & beer around the fire. The opening riff and the first lines of the chorus came to Jamie while staring into the flames. The song's structure and lyrics (focusing on breaking through toxicity and finding beauty in the ashes) followed. Fast forward to Coral Snake where we developed it into the epic track you now hear.
